Donna Snyder, the Office Manager of The Law Offices of Richard Flexner, works closely with the firm’s professional and administrative staff, as well as with the firm's clients, to ensure that all cases progress towards settlement or trial. Skilled at her job, possessing great attention to detail, and holding a North Carolina Adjusters license, Donna also works closely with the firm’s highly trained case managers, to assist our negligence clients with issues involving vehicle repair, rental cars and medical questions that arise during the course of their treatment; and to assist our workers' compensation clients with issues involving the timely receipt of their disability checks, as well as travel and prescription reimbursements.
Donna, prior to becoming the Office Manager, worked for several years as a legal assistant. In addition, she also brings a medical and physiological background to her work. Her prior work experiences enable her to communicate well with our client's medical providers and expert medical witnesses. She is adept at obtaining, reviewing and evaluating relevant medical records, and resolving medical and insurance billing issues. She is able to offer valuable advice to our clients as they progress through their course of medical treatment.
Friendly, upbeat and accessible to our clients, Donna is an invaluable member of the Law Firm's team who helps the firm achieve its mission of providing professional legal representation combined with personal and responsive client service.
Jenine Flexner, B.S., M.B.A., Economics, is the firm's resident financial expert. Jenine ensures that the firm's business operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Jenine is also available to the firm's clients to provide free, informal guidance and advice regarding financial issues that arise as a result of their injuries, during the time that their cases are pending, or after they receive their settlements or awards.
In addition, Jenine provides valuable assistance to the firm regarding client economic and financial loss issues. She assists in understanding and evaluating our clients' financial losses, such as claims for past lost income and future reduction in earnings capacity. She also provides insight into how best to prove those claims legally. While she does not serve as an economic expert for our clients, she does provide assistance to the firm in its work with outside economic experts hired on behalf of firm clients.
